Why register?
As part of the registration process, we first collect your company information as well as the contact details of a designated representative for any potential inquiries from our procurement team. You can also indicate the areas in which your company operates. A comment field allows you to further describe your range of services.
How it works:
- Registration: Click the “Register Now” button to access the registration form. Please complete all required fields carefully and submit the form.
- Initial Review: Once your registration is received, our procurement and quality management teams will be notified. If needed, we may get in touch for additional information.
- Data Review & Inclusion: Your information will be reviewed and stored in our database. Data protection is our top priority. Your data will, of course, be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Access: Once your application is approved, you will receive your login details for our supplier portal.
Possible outcomes after your registration
Depending on our current needs and the nature of your service offering, the following options may apply:
- Your offering matches our needs: We will invite you to participate in the qualification process. During this phase, we take a closer look at your offering. The duration and scope of this process depend on the technological requirements and the complexity of your services in relation to our needs.
- Your offering may be relevant in the future: At present, there is no further need to qualify new suppliers. Therefore, the qualification process will be postponed for the time being. You will receive an email confirmation stating that your data has been stored and that we will contact you if needed.
- No current need for your offering: If your offering does not align with our current requirements, you will receive a formal notification by email.
